Automating Good Habits

I have come to realize that bad habits are just your body going on autopilot and doing something that it was trained to do. While learning a little about data mining and task mining with UiPath I realized a wonderful feature is that will record all the tasks that are done and create a blueprint on how it should be done and ways to automate it. I wish someone can watch the things I do day in and day out and show me the critical points in my day that lead to wasting time, eating poorly, and deciding not to work out.
In this journey of self-improvement I feel as if I need to automate myself and have my thoughtless actions be good habits instead of bad. This probably would mean, just as in task mining, I would need to take a hard look at what I am doing and why I am doing them. I am hoping that this realization brings me one step closer to fulfilling my goals.
